Nintendo Wii Drivekey support - find attached a copy of the install video. You can also purchase a drivekey at http://www.ozmodchips.com - if you have any questions about the mod then please post here as needed!

What a great guide... Gonna show this to a friend of mine with Wii, chip costs 90$ and now thanks to this guide no technician - extra cost is needed.
90$ and ability to play 70% of games... Makes sense to me ;)

Good job on your first video tut, keep up!

Nice Video buddy. Looks alot easier than the old XBOX mods. Still have a spare stuffed one sitting around somewhere.

Going to be putting in my order for one soon.

Whats next on the review list.

hmm might have to put one in for the kids. I heard you need a certain DVD burner to backup your original games though, any idea what model?

Just had a question in the comments on youtube about the little orange sticky part ontop of the dip switchs for the region. Take this off. You should be able to pick it off with you finger nail, if not use a pin to slide underneath. Simply throw it out and set your switchs to your region. No need to put it back on.

Hi,
I had a problem on the drivekey.
Installed it with region set at aust.
First switch on, pressed the "eject" button 3 times and no response. Tried many times, either no response or "An error occurred... eject the disc and switch off....". Same situation occurred when place a backup disc or original disc in.
Any advise?

first off we need to establish were the game came from? did you burn it yourself? if you did then you already know you need a certain type of burner to backup your games.

On the flip side if you aquired your game by other means (i dont want to know how) then im guessing the problem is with your copy. Please tell me if it happens with all games you try??

Obvious question but is the chip plugged in the right way round?

When you fix that problem ditch the disks and use a hard drive :)
